Margaret has a younger brother. Margaret’s mother works when she can helping in other people’s houses doing cleaning and cooking. Margaret’s father died leaving her mother as the sole parent support for the two children.

Dorothy has 2 sisters and a brother. Her father died in 2018 and her mother works as a farm hand as well as tending the very small family plot.
