St Joseph's Primary, ACT

Janeanne at St Joseph's has been wonderfully creative in engaging the school students and their families in fund raising projects for their partner school Riamabana Orphanage Academy, such as:

To raise money to supply beds and mattresses for the boarders St Joseph's had a giant bed in outline on the wall

Purity Kerubo Arabu:

From school director Moses Ndege 'Purity is from a needy family after her father and mother were chased from the Rift Valley tea plantations, where they worked, during the 2007 post election violence - they lost everything. They are back home farming a tiny plot of land that cannot produce enough food for the family.'
